Why should I hire Pitter Patter Dogs for my pet care needs?
There is no other way to say it - We LOVE dogs! We treat our furry clients like they are our own. Some people may feel that anyone can do this job, but to us, our relationship with our clients and their owners is what's most important and is why you should hire Pitter Patter Dogs over another company.
When do I pay for my services?
After the service is provided.
Do you charge a cancellation fee?
No, however we ask that you give at least an hour notice if you need to cancel. We understand that emergencies happen!
Do I need to fill out any forms ?
Yes, you will be asked to fill out a short consent form before we provide any of our services.
Dog Walking
Where will you be walking my dog?
Around your neighbourhood or to the closest dog park to your home.
How long is a walk?
Each walk is 30 minutes long. If you prefer, we also offer walks of 1 hour (additional fees apply).
How many dogs are walked at a time?
Your dog will either be walked alone or with one other dog (let us know what you prefer).
Dog Sitting and Dog Boarding (At your home)
How does dog sitting and at-home dog boarding work?
If you go away for 1+ days we will watch your dog for you. There are three options:
1 - Dog Sitting: We check in regularly throughout the day. (Minimum 3 times). Go for walks/to the dog park. Make sure your dog is fed and well hydrated. Give him/her lots of love :)
2. - At-Home Dog Boarding (Dog's Home): We stay at your home with your dog 24/7 while you are away. Go for walks/to the dog park. Make sure your dog is fed and well hydrated. Give him/her lots of love :) *Please note, this service is temporarily unavailable due to Covid 19*
3. - At-Home Dog Boarding (Our Home): We stay with your dog 24/7 at our home while you are away. Go for walks/to the dog park. Make sure your dog is fed and well hydrated. Give him/her lots of love :)
How do I know how my dog is doing while I'm away?
We will send you pictures/videos regularly via text.
